I will stand up and defend this Country
It’s been 18 years since I took the oath and I’ve “obeyed the orders of the officers appointed over me” ever since. I have a terrible feeling that someday in the very near future I will no longer be able to do that. To me it is not even an option.
I will not spit in the face of every veteran who came before me and served and died to defend this countries freedom. I will take my children, my firearms and my freedom and do what our forefathers had the courage to do; stand up and defend the greatest country history has ever known from the tyrants that have been placed in power by the ignorant and uninformed.

At the risk of your children?
Characteristic of so many of the posters here …
narcissistic, egotistical, and so, so arrogant.

Welcome Daniel,
Thank you for serving our Country!
At the risk of your children, thank you for taking a stand. You’re decendents won’t have a chance to grow up enjoying the freedoms that some have taken for granted if we don’t take a stand.
Our founding fathers could have just as well turned their backs on us, but they didn’t.
I applaud you Mr. Kelly

You forgot to include “endlessly fascinating, and “motivating”, otherwise we couldn’t possibly hold your interest. Thanks for the validation, Buck!

Are you kidding me Mr. Buck Turidson? He’s not any of those things. You however might just be. At least names are on record as to who will be brave enough to stand up against evil, even in the face of personal loss (traditionally known as a hero) and who will be hiding out in their house not caring if his whole city is blown up as long as he and his are safe.

Buck,
Sir, you have much to learn and adjust your stand and point of view. Your ideas are antithetical to Freedom as intended by our great and wise Founding Fathers. Ego is here checked at the door, it is not understood at all by those that claim that we OK’ers have any assignment of machismo or ego, we are honoring and standing up for all those that spilled their life out to defend our rights and those that stand today to protect the Constitution. If you make it an argument of machismo or ego then you stand as a paper tiger. Come on, fellow citizen, you have an opportunity to correct course and see things as they truly are, not as your political alliance shrewdly construes things to make you a part of their control group. We must stand for Truth. No matter what party you claim- what are our children going to do when they live in an America not recognizable by any of our Founding Fathers? A Nation of political and corporate corruption! Learn from History, we are on a precipice…lean at your own risk.
I say this in love and honor. We OK’ers care about your present reality and your future as evidenced by our vow to protect your Constitutional Rights. You are confusing us with people that would do you any harm- not so, be not led by the hype of those that will just as easily swipe away all you have done and worked for to have power and control over you and your future generations.
