We are given life with certain unwritten responsibilities to others, and one responsibility is the just and honorable way of life that defends what our culture was founded on and should stand for.
That Oath was not discharged in 1992 when I was, and no man can make me renege or renounce. I will obey no order, law or edict that is contradictory to the clear intent of those Words I have sworn to defend.
Even though long retired from active duty, I remain bound by the oaths I freely took upon myself. Throughout history, to men and women of character, an oath is a sacred promise, not only to oneself, but to those to whom the oath is given.

I am not what anyone would call a hero but I did serve in the USNR as an Aviation Electronics Technician, E1 to E5 from 1965 to 1970. I recall the oath I took when I enlisted in the Navy.
I printed up a very noticeable sign and posted it on my front door. “I do solemnly swear that I will protect and defend……….” an oath I have proudly taken many times.
I promise to keep the oath I swore to. I will protect the Constitution of the United States and I will protect my family and others from those who wish to destroy our way of life and take away the rights given to us.
I’m a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving with the 173rd Airborne Brigade as an infantry squad leader from 2/70 – 1/71. I’ve joined other sites and organizations, and I’m ready and willing to get as involved as I can
