I promise to keep the oath I swore to. I will protect the Constitution of the United States and I will protect my family and others from those who wish to destroy our way of life and take away the rights given to us.

I am a SWAT member and peace officer for the state which I live and my allegiance is to the US Constitution and my fellow Americans, not the socialist politicians we have attempting to take over our country and ruin our way of life and the way of life for future generations.

Thank you for taking your stand with us Daniel. Your service to your community is well appreciated my friend. Thank you for choosing to uphold your Oath to defend the Constitution, you will be able to reach so many people with the job you perform, I look forward to seeing us once again return to a Republic, thanks to those of us that choose to remain it’s guardians. I’m a retired Patrolman for the City of Corning,NY and stand with you, I’m awaiting my membership package. When I retired in 1997 I left my uniform, credentials and hardware with the department but kept my oath with me and will NEVER surrender it to anyone…..NEVER!!!.

Great, so now we have a cop who refuses to acknowledge the authority of legitimately elected public officials. If he doesn’t respect the rule of law, why should anyone else?

Officer Fagan realizes that if those elected attempt to circumvent the rule of law or disregard our constitution then he has an obligation to uphold the constitution and refuse to accept an order in this case….Being involved in law-enforcement for 20 years I can assure ypou that most would step down under these circumstances and should….

I have read alot of these posts and they all sound good and well, with a few NUT CASE’s. I just wonder if the Oath Keepers have any info on the truth behind this oil spill or are we being blocked out when we comment on this situation? This IS the TOOL that will help put Martial law into a VERY QUICK ROLL… I myself would like to have more & better information to what you all think we are headed for/into and maybe get some better direction on how we should handle this from our side. WHats really going on and is there anything we can do to help, or is it to late on this GUSHER (not a spill)

Oath of Enlistment

I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.

Site Dedication

This site is dedicated to the memory of John William Adams (1925-2006), Marine and Oath Keeper extraordinaire.

John Adams, at the age of 16, lied about his age to join the Marines so he could fight against Imperial Japan in the Pacific. His enlistment date was December 10, 1941, just three days after the attack on Pearl Harbor (see below). As a Marine rifleman, he fought the Japanese from island to island, across the pacific, including at Iwo Jima. We may have good men, but we never had better.

Until his death in 2006, he was a dedicated patriot who still took his oath to defend the Republic deadly serious. May God grant you the courage to do likewise.

Founder Stewart Rhodes

He is a former firearms instructor and former member of Rep. Ron Paul’s DC staff.

Stewart previously wrote the monthly Enemy at the Gates column for S.W.A.T. Magazine

Stewart graduated from Yale Law School in 2004, where his paper “Solving the Puzzle of Enemy Combatant Status” won Yale’s Miller prize for best paper on the Bill of Rights. He assisted teaching U.S. military history at Yale, was a Yale Research Scholar, and is writing a book on the dangers of applying the laws of war to the American people.
