Promoting Oathkeepers in Afghanistan

I just wanted to let you guys know I’m doing my best to promote the Daily Paul and Oathkeepers here in Afghanistan.

I’m heading to Kandahar soon for a few days and I’ll be bringing my DVDs (thanks to Ron @ OneDollarDVDProject) there to show some guys I know there and to leave them behind to spread (hopefully like wildfire!)

I also wanted to leave you guys with a photo op I did today.

I wear both an Oath Keeper and Three Percent tab on my kit and on my left shoulder every time I leave the wire.

My CO even asked me what those two meant. I gave him a brief explanation and liked them both. My squad leader liked them too saying “Maybe I’m an Oath Keeper and three percenter”.

More and more people from my unit are starting to come around, a lot more then I ever hoped for. Eventually I’ll “leak” the videos to the other companies out here maybe even to the American contractors on the FOB.

Thanks for the words from the front. It sounds like you’re amoung good troops and I hope you can help them to join Oathkeepers asap. I’m hoping to get some of our members in Clarksville to start a local chapter. Hopefully, when you get back to the world there will be a group formed for you to join. God Bless and Keep You Safe.

One of the best things I’ve read on the web today! Thank you for getting the word out to Active Duty folks, hopefully everyone you get involved will involve three more people, and so on and so forth. Be safe.

We must be there for each other in the event of illegal governmental takeover. Some of us are old and disabled, and, will be left to fight and die alone. Oath Keepers should organize a “Rapid Reaction Force”, for this purpose!

I find your words, stances, ideas, ideals, messages, language and politics to be repugnant, laughable, senseless, stupid, and traitorous.
If you were in my unit and you wore those patches on your uniform you would be in jail, quickly.
If you don’t like our present government and/or the people running it YOU HAVE A VOTE.
Any other reaction is TRAITOROUS.
Go ahead and take up arms against this lawful government and its leaders. People like me are also armed and ready to meet any threat to Liberty, Freedom and the Constitution you might bring.
You are cowards and traitors and will soon find yourself defending your stances in a court of law.
Make no mistake, WE WILL STOP ANY AFFRONT TO FREEDOM YOU BRING TO BEAR ON OUR GOVERNMENT.

Site Dedication

This site is dedicated to the memory of John William Adams (1925-2006), Marine and Oath Keeper extraordinaire.

John Adams, at the age of 16, lied about his age to join the Marines so he could fight against Imperial Japan in the Pacific. His enlistment date was December 10, 1941, just three days after the attack on Pearl Harbor (see below). As a Marine rifleman, he fought the Japanese from island to island, across the pacific, including at Iwo Jima. We may have good men, but we never had better.

Until his death in 2006, he was a dedicated patriot who still took his oath to defend the Republic deadly serious. May God grant you the courage to do likewise.

Founder Stewart Rhodes

He is a former firearms instructor and former member of Rep. Ron Paul’s DC staff.

Stewart previously wrote the monthly Enemy at the Gates column for S.W.A.T. Magazine

Stewart graduated from Yale Law School in 2004, where his paper “Solving the Puzzle of Enemy Combatant Status” won Yale’s Miller prize for best paper on the Bill of Rights. He assisted teaching U.S. military history at Yale, was a Yale Research Scholar, and is writing a book on the dangers of applying the laws of war to the American people.
