I will stand with you wherever and whenever I am called on.

american_flag Today more than any other time in our nations history we are facing a foe from within our own borders. This foe is the Administration running or should I say ruining our country. Never before has a President been so flagrant with his socialist agenda. In November we MUST get the vote out to defeat these enemies of our Constitution.

When I took the oath on Jan. 4, 1960 that I would defend the enemies both foreign and domestic it was more sacred than I realized at the time, however I have come to understand what the oath was written for and what the Constitution framers wanted for this great nation. Because of my children and grandchildren today I would bear arms and fight to protect the way of life that I grew up in. We have to put words behind us and get out of our easy chairs and take the situation under our control so our freedoms are not stripped from us while we sleep.

I beg of you please don’t let Obama destroy the greatest nation on earth. Thank You. I will stand with you wherever and whenever I am called on.

I share your feeling, that at the time I took
the oath the first time I did not fully realize
the importance that it has and I too have been
blessed to re-ignite a fire in my soul to keep
and defend the US constitution. May God give us
strength to stand and defend against any foe to
our freedom !!!!

It seems to me that the president is a legally elected constitutional officer. If you advocate his violent removal, you’re failing to keep your oath.

The president has not been keeping HIS end of the bargain. The entire CONGRESS has not kept their end of the bargain. IN CASE YOU HAVEN’T NOTICED THERE ARE LAWS IN PLACE AS I TYPE THIS THAT GUARANTEE THE PRIVILEGE TO THE GOVERNMENT OF TAKING AWAY ALL YOUR RIGHTS AND LIBERTIES.

I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.

Site Dedication

This site is dedicated to the memory of John William Adams (1925-2006), Marine and Oath Keeper extraordinaire.

John Adams, at the age of 16, lied about his age to join the Marines so he could fight against Imperial Japan in the Pacific. His enlistment date was December 10, 1941, just three days after the attack on Pearl Harbor (see below). As a Marine rifleman, he fought the Japanese from island to island, across the pacific, including at Iwo Jima. We may have good men, but we never had better.

Until his death in 2006, he was a dedicated patriot who still took his oath to defend the Republic deadly serious. May God grant you the courage to do likewise.

Founder Stewart Rhodes

He is a former firearms instructor and former member of Rep. Ron Paul’s DC staff.

Stewart previously wrote the monthly Enemy at the Gates column for S.W.A.T. Magazine

Stewart graduated from Yale Law School in 2004, where his paper “Solving the Puzzle of Enemy Combatant Status” won Yale’s Miller prize for best paper on the Bill of Rights. He assisted teaching U.S. military history at Yale, was a Yale Research Scholar, and is writing a book on the dangers of applying the laws of war to the American people.
