It is my belief that God blessed me with the gift of Service

ArmyLogoIt is my belief that God blessed me with the gift of Service. On March 19, 1977, I raised my hand, for the first time, and pledged, on my honor, to faithfully support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, so help me, God.  Twenty-seven years and five reenlistments later, I retired from the Army and Army Reserves following my tour of Operation Enduring Freedom. I do not believe that anyone can serve that amount of time and not have that sacred oath etched deeply into their heart.

It was also my honor to serve the great State of Texas, as well as, New Mexico as a certified Police Officer for 10-years. Although those days are behind me and my life moves on, God’s gift of Service will always be my bedrock. It is an honor to be a member of Oath Keepers and serve with those who continue to hold dearly to the oath that they, themselves, subscribed. May God bless each of you and may each of us always be diligent in our service to God and Country.

Let each of us stand for those who cannot stand, with honor and integrity and guard against those who would desire to trample upon our freedom.
God bless.

Kenny Arther
SFC, US Army (Retired)
