Today, I reafirm that Oath I gave at the age of 17
My oath is my bond to you, my brothers and sisters. I make my stand for liberty, and I make my stand to defend this great nation, and our constitution.
I will ignore all unlawful orders, and will actively resist them with all of my strength. I will stand by you should you falter, and help to raise you up again.
The Oath I gave when I joined the service at the tender age of 17 many years ago means far more to me now than it did then. Youth and ignorance gave me little understanding of the great impact that oath would have on me later in life. I believe that an Oath given freely and with an open heart and mind, is an Oath you respect throughout your entire life. I now have a much greater understanding of what it is I swore, and how I am still bound to that oath. I have no choice but to keep my oath, to break it would leave me a shell of a man, someone not to be trusted. I would be a disappointment to my children and my kin.
Today, I reaffirm that Oath I gave. I will protect and defend the Constitution and the people, and should I have to lay my life down, then I will do it with a joyous heart, for I tasted true liberty with you.
To you men and women serving currently in our Armed Forces, please, think for yourselves. Educate yourselves, question things. Expand your mind, do not just believe everything your superior officers are telling you. Should they ever ask you to turn your weapons on your own people, do the honorable thing. Protect your Oath, keep it, and I will stand with you.

JSUT ONE PROBLEM TO YOU OATH…THE PAPERS YOU SIGN WHEN JOINING THE MILITARY TO OBEY YOUR SUPERIORS – YOU BECOME U.S. PROPERTY AND THUS GIVE UP THE RIGHT TO THINK WHILE ACTIVE

Oh how very mistaken you are my friend. When you sign those papers, and you swear that oath, nowhere does it say you are to no longer to think for yourself.
As a matter of fact, one of the early things we were taught in boot camp was that it wasn’t just out right to refuse to obey an unlawful order, it is our flat out DUTY!
I would hope you will educate yourself about the Oath at some point Mr. Anonymous. There will some a day when you will need to rely on the men and women who have sworn that oath, and who are serious about keeping and honoring it.
