I have never forgotten nor will I ever violate the oaths I took
I joined the US Army in 1964 and graduated from The Infantry School as a 2d Lieutenant of Infantry mid year. Served 3/8 Infantry and 3/12 Infantry, 4th Infantry Division. Served in Vietnam as MACV Advisor, II CTZ, 1969-70. Resigned 1978 and went into military intel as a civilian. Retired w/33 years service 1998. Moved to Alabama in 2000 and joined a local police department as a reserve officer in 2002, a position in which I will continue to serve as long as I am physically able to do so.
I swore two oaths: One when I joined the Army and the second when I signed on at the PD. Both were to “…uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, both foreign and domestic.” I have never forgotten nor will I ever violate the oaths I took.
Please donate and support Oath Keepers mission, every little bit helps!

Welcome! You make us stronger.
I did 30 years before a heart attack moved retirement forward. Now my greatest challenge is making the younger cops (my “Romper Room Patrol”) understand the seriousness of it all – - not an “extreme sport” or video game; but they got a further left education than we did.
Be safe and stay strong. Make sure you check out your local/state group for backup.
