“Not on my watch”
Well! Here we are. Has the first shots been fired in congress with the passage of mandatory health care. Where I can be arrested and jailed for not having approved health care. Yes I agree that health care needs reform. But this is not it.
Not at the cost of my personal right to choose what type and quality of my health care and of my doctor. I do not want a national ID that can track where and when i get health care.
Note #7 and 9 of the orders that we will not obey.

You’re an idiot.

How can you swear to defend the Constitution and then talk of “shots being fired” over a bill passed into law by Congress and the President acting in good faith in the manner prescribed by the Constitution?

Because the very same Government that passed that health care bill is trying to take the very freedoms our constitution guarentee’s, how can any of you call a brother who has served an idiot and talk poorly about his beliefs when they are simply not your own. I support the constitution and pray that much of what is happening can be repealed in the near future when the chance to elect a new president is upon us. I served for 25 years and am fighting this very day just to keep my home, how can any administration allow such destruction of the people it governs.

One more thing Chief if that is truely what you are, read article 28 in the constitution and tell me just how this new health care bill was done in good faith in keeping with the constitution. Especially when a provision guarentee’s no senator or representative will be subject to the very same bill they claim is so good for the rest of us. That is just one way in which this new health care bill is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

Incase you get lost when looking up this amendmant I will give you a hint, it starts rather simply like this. Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and Representatives.

The oath you swore does not allow you to pick and choose. Until that day comes when you can repeal this law, it is the law of the land. The law you swore to defend. Stop dissembling; decide whether you an oatk keeper of an oath qualifier.

Where does it say you will not have the right to choose your health care? There is so much misleading propaganda out there. go to http://www.factcheck.org. or politifact.org. or http://www.snopes.com to get facts instead of propaganda regardless of political affiliation. ” everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but there is only one set of facts”. Minds are being manipulated by political parties and special interests otherwise.
