Ret. Air Force M/Sgt. proud to join Oath Keepers

Air force emblem I am an 81 year old retired Air Force M/Sgt. I served in World War II,Korea,and the Vietnam Wars. In WWII, I was in the 492 Bomb Squadron, In Korea, I was in the 942nd Forward Air Control Sqdn and during the Vietnam War, I flew with the 7th Air Refueling Squadron in Southeast Asia. I retired from the Air Force, April 1st, 1967.

I was diagnosed with Renal Carcinoma Cancer in November 2003 and had my right kidney removed due to a large tumor in it. Three months later I was informed to get my personal affairs in order due to the fact that I only had 90 days or less to live, as the Cancer had moved into my liver and lymph nodes. I went through 4 types of Chemotherapy, which did nothing but make so sick I thought I was dying. I quit the Chemotherapy and left the conventional treatment facility and started a self treatment regimen and got my Immune system back to normal and from there, things turned around and absolutely amazed the medical team and today, they are still amazed.

Of course, I tell them that I give all the credit to God. I may have did the treatment modality, but God has done the healing. I presently live in Krum, Texas just outside of Denton with my 77 year old wife, and I am a caregiver to her and have been for the past 10 years due to her having strokes back then. We are very comfortable and have a medical team that supports us regularly.

My lovely wife and I are fighters and are interested in where our Government is trying to take us. We feel that this present administration is trying to take us to not only to a Socialistic Govt but perhaps even have in sight “DICTATORSHIP”. We feel that regardless of our age and circumstances that surround us, we must stand strong and do everything necessary to stop this nonsense in Washington. Standing strong and letting our voices be heard is the first step toward our objective.

My Wife and I are physically handicapped but we can still fight with our minds and computers. We are proud to join “Oath Keepers” and will do all we can to recruit others to join. It has been a privilege to give a little testimonial. God Bless our wonderful Country!

MSgt Leonard: Thanks for your service and your loyalty to our nation. In times like these, we all must continue to fight for our freedom. Your observations on the current progressives in power are spot on. I can recognize a Marxist and these folks are Marxists. If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it’s a duck. In the 1930s, Hitler nationalized industry, banks and health care. When the perfect “crisis” presents itself, Marshal Law, city blockades and confiscation of private firearms will not be long coming from this bunch. They will stop at nothing to achieve their goals. Their goal is total control of the American people and our way of life.

Site Dedication

This site is dedicated to the memory of John William Adams (1925-2006), Marine and Oath Keeper extraordinaire.

John Adams, at the age of 16, lied about his age to join the Marines so he could fight against Imperial Japan in the Pacific. His enlistment date was December 10, 1941, just three days after the attack on Pearl Harbor (see below). As a Marine rifleman, he fought the Japanese from island to island, across the pacific, including at Iwo Jima. We may have good men, but we never had better.

Until his death in 2006, he was a dedicated patriot who still took his oath to defend the Republic deadly serious. May God grant you the courage to do likewise.

Stewart previously wrote the monthly Enemy at the Gates column for S.W.A.T. Magazine

Stewart graduated from Yale Law School in 2004, where his paper “Solving the Puzzle of Enemy Combatant Status” won Yale’s Miller prize for best paper on the Bill of Rights. He assisted teaching U.S. military history at Yale, was a Yale Research Scholar, and is writing a book on the dangers of applying the laws of war to the American people.
