Sign me up. I may be 66 years old, but I’ve seen combat before and will not hesitate to do everything within my power to protect and serve the Constitution again.

Hi Keith. Its Vets like you that make me still proud to be an American. I am a Navy Vet although not wartime. Every time I meet a “Nam” Vet I thank them for their selfless service to our Country.
There are too many people in this Country than have forgotten or just don’t care about the indescribable sacrifices made by our Veterans that allow all of us to live free. Thank You!

Today as in the Vietnam era we are being manipulated by a lot more special interests than the government who will profit by maintaining the status quo rather than improving things for us middle class people. Do not believe any politically biased propaganda until you have gone to http://www.factrcheck.org. , http://www.politifact.org. , and/or http://www.snopes.com. Google Eisenhower’s speech warning us about the Military/Industrial complex again. It is prophetic and scary.

Correction, that is http://www.factcheck.org. “Haven’t we already given money to rich people … Shouldn’t we be giving money to the middle?” — President George W. Bush in November 2002, acknowledging to advisors that he knew his tax cuts were giveaways to the super-wealthy.
From Congressional medal of honor winner and Vietnam war General David M. Shoup USMC:
I believe that if we had and would keep our dirty, bloody, dollar-soaked fingers out of the business of these nations so full of depressed, exploited people, they will arrive at a solution of their own — and if unfortunately their revolution must be of the violent type because the “haves” refuse to share with the “have-nots” by any peaceful method, at least what they get will be their own, and not the American style, which they don’t want and above all don’t want crammed down their throats by Americans.
