My Life, My fortune, My Honor, Reaffirmed!

Old_Forge_NY_016“I, Teddy William Anderson, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same.

Those first two promises stand firmly in my mind. I took my first Oath in late May of 1978 and repeated it three times since, twice on re-enlistment in the Army and once (A localized civilian version) as a Police Officer.

Now, more than 30 years since my first Sworn Oath to the Constitution, I find that my country, our country, is truly in peril, and the Constitution that we so casually take for granted is slowly being insidiously pushed aside.

As a life long servant to the people and with an “Apolitical” view on things greater than I, I can no longer take the “Soldiers” stand. There are some issues, orders and courses of action that I as a free man can not tolerate in good conscience. And will not let happen “On My Watch”.

We are not at a crossroads, yet, But if left to current trend, we, the people, will have to struggle with an insurmountable burden if it is left unchecked.

Our Forefathers, given clear and timeless vision from our creator, forged our Constitution and it is “WE the People” who must defend it.

My Life, My fortune, My Honor, Reaffirmed!

Dear Mr. Anderson: Never feel that the Constitution is dying. It lives in the hearts of persons who understand that fact-based reason, backed by sufficient strength, is America’s and mankind’s best hope.
