I am not alone after all like i thought

mypatchI joined the army right out of high school like many others did at my school. ever since I was a very small child (about three) i wanted to go into the service. I enlisted in combat arms to serve up front and smell the gun powder. air born qualified with the 82nd all Americans. I was sent to South America with 7 others on a classified mission. while fighting down there i have seen the horrors of combat, along with the horrors of a regime gone mad (commies). I was hurt in a training accident at the end of Clinton’s run. I was hurt and given the choice to discharge. (the down sizing of our military). the point, it seems the very evil that myself and so many others have fought or died to keep from American soil has found itself a home in many of our countries seats of power. I got on myspace to reach as many people that i could. i stated on there. “I took an oath to defend the constitution against any enemy. an oath is an oath simply because it cannot be broken. were are the rest of you”. then one of my friends pointed me here and i have found that I am not alone after all like i thought. thank you.

Welcome and thank you for your service.
Anyone who wears that patch – or many others – is tougher than me, but to to “free the oppressed” is what Americans have been all about for generations.

We are never alone in our hearts or minds. All of us share the same duty we swore to uphold.

The only way this country can be saved is for those who understand duty to come together and educate others. I encourage everyone to talk with anyone you know and try to encourage them to sign up at oathkeepers.org.

While its great that those who have served or are currently serving in their duties come here i truly believe that civilians have the greastest duty of all.

Civilians are after all are over all civil servants or those which take an oath. If we had more civilians which understand their duties as the constitution details i believe we wouldnt be in the situation we are in. So when you talk with civilians try your best to explain to them their duties because if they understood them there would be no soldiers that would die needlessly or police officers.

Remember that divided we fall, so focus on what similarities we all share.

Firstly, thank you for your service to this country.

I read with great sadness that you felt alone and I believe that your have found a home in this organization. Please know that while a large faction of American people are waking up to the snakes in our own government, the remainder that are asleep are not evil, but merely “sheeple.” In time, when they are desperate and in need of someone else to follow, they will come around. In the meanwhile, take comfort in the fact that many of us recognize your value and contributions to our safety and are eternally grateful.

    God Bless you.

I add my welcome and thanks to all those above, plus those were my exact sentiments. It’s wonderful to be in a group like this, wish I could have found it sooner, but better late than never. It makes it a lot easier to face whatever is to come with buddies you can trust with your life.

Just looked at the date and see you were here long before me, so I change my statement slightly. Thank you for letting me be a part of your group. God Bless You!
