VFW Outreach has positve impact
We spent Christmas in Sebring Fla. and went to the VFW there, I showed my Oathkeepers membership card to the Post Commander who immediately wanted to know more about us. I left a pamphlet and several cards for him to show to the other members of his post.
I believe his reaction is probably typical of most veterans and I encourage all members to reach out to these type of organizations. Our veterans are the hope and future of our country they understand the meaning of freedom and know it’s not free.

I hope you have better luck than me with VFW members. The members of my post, mostly vietnam vets, have absolutly no Idea what I’m trying to tell them nor they seem to care. Although they are proud of their service they haven’t a clue what their oath means. I’m probably the only OK in this area. I’ts sad but I’ll keep trying.

Those who give up their freedoms in order to feel safe deserve neither. – George washington.
Try not to get discouraged when talking with people. Freedom isn’t something that needs to be ’sold’. If someone dont ‘get it’ within a few minutes of talking with them don’t waste your time. Undoubtedly you will find many sheep in crowd but theres always a few that that stand out from the herd and arent willing to follow them off a cliff.
