In these trying times, it’s important to strengthen the ties with family and friends and to give thanks for those blessings that allow us to celebrate this time of year. Our futures will be the greatest times of our lives if we hold dear our principles, traditions and our honor!

Mery Christmas and Happy New year to each and every oathkeeper past, present, and future, and may you a yours all be blessed and protected By Jesus Christ, God Almighty, The Holy Spirit and The Blessed Mother.(Reguardless of your faith and religion, as long as you Jewish or Christian!) No comment on members of islam especially Al Queda!

Obama says their is no more terrorism but yet we just had a man try to blow up a north west jet, my question is how did this terrorist manage to get aboard the plane if the security is so tight, the citizens of this country need to wake up real fast and throw this president out of office in 2012, before its too late, their is no deneying that these people are not going to stop attacking us, until they succed in destroying this country, I fear the next attack will be Nuclear.Obama will never admit to terrorsim!!!!!

It`s truely unfortunate that we have terrorism on our minds,especially at this time of the year . However; this is the time we need to be most concerned. As for the comment made earlier,”how did he get on the plane with the security?” I want to know why he even got close to the airport! He`s on a terrorist watch list! Our elected officials are dropping the ball. Our enemies won`t need a “nuclear attack” They are going to take us down from within, with the help of our blind politicians. With the extreme missuse of our Constitution, and a little help from the ACLU we`re doomed unless we spred the word like the Oath Keepers are doing. I congratulate you all for your determination and resolve in protecting our Bill of Rights and our Constitution.

I’d hardly call lighting a “firecracker” trying to blow up a plane! Kind of reminds me of the “shoe bomb” guy who lit his shoe on fire! In both cases, you have individuals who are mentally unstable and on anti-depressants and totally known by U.S. intelligence! My point is don’t be surprised if this is a pseudo-false flag that our government is using to gin up the “war on terror” and erode even more of our civil rights!!

Oath of Enlistment

I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.

Site Dedication

This site is dedicated to the memory of John William Adams (1925-2006), Marine and Oath Keeper extraordinaire.

John Adams, at the age of 16, lied about his age to join the Marines so he could fight against Imperial Japan in the Pacific. His enlistment date was December 10, 1941, just three days after the attack on Pearl Harbor (see below). As a Marine rifleman, he fought the Japanese from island to island, across the pacific, including at Iwo Jima. We may have good men, but we never had better.

Until his death in 2006, he was a dedicated patriot who still took his oath to defend the Republic deadly serious. May God grant you the courage to do likewise.

Founder Stewart Rhodes

He is a former firearms instructor and former member of Rep. Ron Paul’s DC staff.

Stewart previously wrote the monthly Enemy at the Gates column for S.W.A.T. Magazine

Stewart graduated from Yale Law School in 2004, where his paper “Solving the Puzzle of Enemy Combatant Status” won Yale’s Miller prize for best paper on the Bill of Rights. He assisted teaching U.S. military history at Yale, was a Yale Research Scholar, and is writing a book on the dangers of applying the laws of war to the American people.
