I swear to defend the people and Constitution of the United States

I took the oath of enlistment seven years ago, and the words I said at the time just seem like words they made us say it didn’t hit home with me at the time, seven years, two combat tours in Iraq and two presidents later I see it very differently. I swore to defend the people and the constitution of the united states. I did not swear to follow the orders of men who wish to take away out rights and freedoms written in blood and fought so dearly for by our founding fathers. now when I look back on the words of the oath I swore they ring very true to me I swear to defend the people and Constitution of the United States.

Thank you for your service to our country and for standing for our constitution. I raised our American Flag this morning and it reminded me of all the Patriots that have died to keep it free. Just like you said it embodies our rights and freedoms written in blood and fought for so dearly.

i am looking for someone to help me with legal problems caused by attorney malpractice i had an att. from shapiro lawfirm named mat brenengen he was handling a civil lawsuite after 3 years he finaly got a medeation that is when i discoverd he never did an investagation or discovery after i stormed out he sent a letter that said i owe 21,600.00 and that he didnt have a court date and refuses to take my case to court he told me the best he can get me is 16000.00 then told me i would have to pay him 7000.00 and that the hospital has a lean for 7000.00 and the state paid 8000.00 for med cost i called the billing dept. they said that my med bills were paid in full if you really are constitution protection help me show that basterd he cant get away with this unconstutional behavior email me with good news or stop your bullshit oath keeping

Right!!The military is sworn to protect the people, mnd the constitution, so when does that start?? These bastards are taking the wings off of you and 300 million people and you are doing what????

Oath of Enlistment

I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.

Site Dedication

This site is dedicated to the memory of John William Adams (1925-2006), Marine and Oath Keeper extraordinaire.

John Adams, at the age of 16, lied about his age to join the Marines so he could fight against Imperial Japan in the Pacific. His enlistment date was December 10, 1941, just three days after the attack on Pearl Harbor (see below). As a Marine rifleman, he fought the Japanese from island to island, across the pacific, including at Iwo Jima. We may have good men, but we never had better.

Until his death in 2006, he was a dedicated patriot who still took his oath to defend the Republic deadly serious. May God grant you the courage to do likewise.

Founder Stewart Rhodes

He is a former firearms instructor and former member of Rep. Ron Paul’s DC staff.

Stewart previously wrote the monthly Enemy at the Gates column for S.W.A.T. Magazine

Stewart graduated from Yale Law School in 2004, where his paper “Solving the Puzzle of Enemy Combatant Status” won Yale’s Miller prize for best paper on the Bill of Rights. He assisted teaching U.S. military history at Yale, was a Yale Research Scholar, and is writing a book on the dangers of applying the laws of war to the American people.
