I swore my oath in June 1983 as a Special Deputy Sheriff, before County Judge Rice, a deputy and the county clerk of courts.
To protect and serve the community.
To obey and enforce the laws of Montgomery County and the State of Ohio To obey and protect the Constitution of the State of Ohio To obey and protect the Constitution of the united States of America.
Even though I retired from law enforcement, I have not recanted that oath. I stand by that oath, so help me God.

Hello America, A few weeks ago I wrote myself a letter because I felt no one was hearing me. This is my letter I wrote:
Hello America, I was wondering- what are you waiting for?
As a forrmer military person(USAF).I am outraged of what our government is doing to this country. From the House of Representatives to our 111 Congress.I can’t believe that bills are being passed without everyone looking at them. Some bills are taking away Our Rights that our former fathers wrote. How stupid are we to keep these people in office?
I don’t care if you are Republican or Democrat or Independent. I am an AMERICAN and I hope you are too. I was born here and live through the dreams that our fathers gave us. I LOVE AMERICA but I am sick and tired of the bailouts and know now that you are able to fail. I learned this by what I am seeing now. Wake up people before its to late.
Mr President, When we heard of change this was NOT what we were looking for. It’s time for America to take to the streets and protest at your Representatives and Senator’s place of work. We can’t afford the changes that you are asking for. My childern and grand children also can’t afford these changes.
AMERICA you are being PLAYED by our members in CONGRESS. I feel that our government thinks that they CAN RUN YOUR LIFE better than you can. Just look at the bills they are passing and are trying to pass.
I love America but this can’t happen on my watch.

I retired myself recently, after 30 years. You make us stronger. Thanks for your service and make sure to check out your local State group – you may find some old friends there.
It is every American Citizens duty, and right to actually read the Bills being passed up through congress. It is also every Americans duty to speak out if they believe these Bills and Laws are in violation of the Constitution. It is our duty (law enforcement, and Military Personnel. Retired, Disabled, Active, Inactive, and Reserve.) as I see it to inform the citizens who do not read these bills, of bills that potentially take away the rights guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States of America. I include State, Local, and Federal.
