I would not serve under a different uniform or flag
When I was stationed in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, while serving in the Navy, I learned about the United Nations and the obligation some of my fellow military members found themselves under to represent the UN. I was a very obedient sailor and really tried to be dependable and willing to carry out my Chief’s orders, but I told him flat out that one order I would disobey outright would be to serve under UN command. He was taken aback, and I knew that I had taken an important stand. Fortunately, I was never asked (or told) to serve under a different uniform or flag. But in my mind, this decision was perfectly in keeping with my oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.
