Our founding fathers would have agreed that as government expanses, becomes more corrupt and fails in it’s obligation to the people then it is up to the patriots to re-set the foundations of this nation back to it’s original intent.
WE are NOT a Federal State, WE are United States. STATES, UNITED. States United by a Constitution. States UNITED by a Bill of Rights. We are in common with one another thru our ideals. Life, LIBERTY and the pursuit of Happiness.

People all over the country are now banning together in groups, with Tea Parties and Town Hall Meetings, and joining social interactive networks such as this one. This is how America is uniting once again to defeat a dangerous enemy who has crept in by stealth, and is now standing in a place where he ought not to be.
For eleven generations, our family has toiled in this land, with modesty and reverence. I am three-star SAR, Founders and Patriots, an Eagle Scout and believe in Duty, Honor & Country. Our ‘Family Motto’, below our ‘Coat of Arms’, reads: “Pro Aris et Focis”, ‘for God and country’.
I was sworn into the United States Army as a soldier of this great nation, to defend the people and the constitution against ALL enemies both foreign and domestic.

I first took the oath in June of 65. It did not have an expiration date. To this day I have taken the oath 6 times.
One more promise I will swear to is that I will do whatever is in my power to defend and support any military person or police officer who refuses to obey unconstitutional orders.
My oath is still in effect. There was no expiration date and I haven’t abandoned it. I’m glad to see there are others that are still committed to that oath.
Upon being honorably discharged in 1987, I had completed 5 fleet ballistic missile patrols, one WESTPAC, and countless fleet operations. I took some time off, got to know my family again, and tried to live the American Dream.
My USAF military service was divided between enlisted and officer time, so I got to take the Oath several times. The first oath was 17 Mar 1967
As a Lieutenant and 32 yr. veteran of a large sheriff’s office in central Florida, I never thought I would be on the outside of my government.
n Air Force veteran, I took my oath of enlistment April 20, 1969, retiring in 1993 with 24 years service. The oath has not changed, but I have, gaining a deeper understanding of my oath.
I have had the honor of taking the oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States on on two occasions during my military career- once in 1972 as a young Navy seaman and, again in 1979 when I was commissioned as an Ensign.
I am writing to address two alleged crimes in your jurisdiction and invite you to consider carefully your obligations under the law.
