Mr.Olofson:
I've only seen your case mentioned Once on the several bulletin board forums which I read, and I should have created thread topics on all of them, to expose people to our federal government's terrible treatment of you.

Praying for you and your wonderful family.
The NJ Governor was able to reverse the conviction of the guy who was incarcerated for legally transporting a handgun.
Is there any movement to petition and pressure the MN (or whichever)governor, or is such a reversal possible?

If we ever have another passenger on one of my flights who says that he was with the ATF, I'll ask him whether he is very familiar with the case.

We brought an ATF guy back from BWI months ago, and because I suspected that he would deny any chance of the AR's known slamfire scenarios, I did not ask him.

I cannot believe this has happened to a law abiding citizen, and a fellow patriot. I just found out about this case today, and I am sickened by the thought that the local law enforcement just rolled over and let the federal government violate this family. I have alot in common with this man, I served my country in the Marines, and I still serve my community as a deputy sheriff. To even think of going along with a raid such as they went through or standing idoly by while the ATF conducted this cabal makes me sick. What the hell were those officers thinking? The local Sheriff? The fact that this case has been hardly talked about is killing me! I watch the news constantly! This government is no longer for the people by the people. I pray the Olofson family will weather this injustice, and know that there are law enforcement officers out there who would not stand by and let law abiding citizens suffer this way. Any officer would look at these charges and see the bull shit! This could happen to any of us, and that scares me. Sincerely, Tom Gravlin

One more note for all stuck on the lies the ATF put in there "discovery". Read all the statements I posted. They refute all the BS the feds put out there. Including the "fact" that I knew the weapon would fire more than one round.

Simple fact is the gun was a Simi auto while I had it, and despite what the ATF did to it, it is still a Simi auto. If they really thought differently then why hide all the paperwork we asked for, why have my attorneys silence me in the courtroom, why do the same to my witnesses? What were they worried about.
I find feds are like cockroaches, they scurry for cover when the lights are turned on. In this case they wanted, and were allowed to keep the courtroom dark.

While the discussions here are most interesting, some seem very confused by the differences in the facts of the case, vs. the facts. To fix this and answer those who are wondering how to reach me here is my contact information. I have no problem discussing any aspect of this case, publicly or privately. Feel free. Some of us have nothing to hide.

I also must mention my thanks to the Montana Shooting Sports Association and the Virginia Citizens Defense League, and Mr. David T. Hardy for trying their best. They had an excellent brief if anyone from the USSC would have read it.

I’m not done with this yet.

Masters just likes wallowing in the status-quo.

Too bad for him (and all who rely on the nanny state to lead them) because their dying paradigm is about to be cremated.

Hey, just thought I'd check back in with you guys!

Obviously nothing's changed. Same old shitburners.

The motto around here should be: "So much delusion to spread ... so little time"
