I’ve been on this earth for more than 68 years now and I was deeply moved by your presentation. I also took an oath when I joined the US Army in 1959. I keep my oath to this day. I am thankful that there are men like you as proponents to protect the Constitution of our United States. I will do everything I can to pass the word to our local officials.
This is the hope and the change we need. Carry on.
I wounder if this web is a Trojan Horse. In the 50s J. Edger Hoover bragged that most of the KKK dues paying members were FBI agents who infiltrated the KKK. If not for the FBI, the KKK would have gone bankrupt and ended.
The local police and sherifs are any new regimes first line of enforcement. The well paid local police always give alliegence to the regime in power. If the Communist in Washington begin to give out orders, won’t these police enforce the orders? In New Jersey, police have been told not to enforce US immegration laws so Illegal Aliens drive cars without insurance, registration or licences. The New Jersey police look the other way when an Illegal Alien does a crime. Why would a local cop not smash down someone’s door to search their home for firearms. The police will never be on the side of Liberty and Freedom.
It’s sure would be nice if we could get our country back without bloodshed…it’s not going to be that way, but it would be nice!
Barack Obama has spoken quite a bit about building a so-called “civilian defense force” just as powerful and as well-funded as our military to be used inside our borders. We must ask…”to protect us from what?…or whom?…I think we can look at all the radical Marxists, particularly his “czars” he has surrounded himself with and figure out what he has in mind for us. There is a time coming in the not too distant future when this president, already lacking good judgment, will attempt to do something very foolish to the American people. It is possible he would try to shut down all opposition media or shut down parts of the internet or communications. He may take advantage of a crisis of some sort (one he has created) to try and impose martial law upon the American people. Make no mistake about it. When they feel the moment is right, Obama and his minions will embrace violence to try and put teeth behind Obama’s policies. In other words, they wish to overthrow our democratic republic and replace it with a “Dictatorship of the Ptloteriat”. We must remember, this is a known history of Marxism. They will start this fight, and when they do, we must come together, all our militias along with our state and local law enforcement. When Obama sends his hoodlums into our towns and cities, we must wipe them out.
When this is over, Obama and all his aides and other government officials, elected or appointed who collaborated with him must be arrested and face treason charges.

I would encourage those who visit this site and feel compelled to comment to stop and think about whether their comments will support and strengthen OathKeepers and other similar efforts, or potentially damage and undermine the cause. Regardless of your personal beliefs about what the future holds and what an appropriate response might entail, any talk of violent action or seditious intent has no place here. Mr. Stewart continues to boldly assert that those are not in any way part of the OK movement and will not be tolerated. Even though he is not directly responsible for the comments posted here, he and OK will take the heat. You are welcome to your personal feelings, but please realize these kinds of comments posted here for the world – including enemies foreign and domestic – to see, will only serve to marginalize OathKeepers and other efforts that we sorely need in the defense of this republic and our freedoms under the Constitution.
I took my oath in 1982 for service of my beloved country it still means the same thing now as then.

God bless you all and what’s left of our lady liberty as she is laboring to breath right now. We all have a responsibility to take preventive measures now to forego some of the acts that we know will become inevedable sooner than most of us might hope. When you find yourself in a hole the first thing you have to do is stop digging, 1. in this case stop digging means that you create a petician that all new bills be put on hold and freeze any further actions by our Government until we can catch up with all of the crap that they’re trowing at us. They will function only at the capacity of what the laws are now and any existing business that the American people need done will be done.
2. As a people once again we can make some much needed changes to the way that our government operates. Just ideas, (a) reduce salaries of all government, ( public servents ),by 50% immedietly and then every six months reduce or increase their salaries according to what the average pay is for the constituence in the area that they serve. ( those pompas jerks were more than willing to say that ceo’s of companies should not be rewarded for bad performance, how about if we hold them to the same standards ). With the savings we immediatly raise the wages of the people that have dedicated their lives to protect us, such as, our Soldiers, Police officers, fire fighters and school teachers.
3. Obama tought us that many, many public servents have tax issues, let’s demand the IRS audit all public servents at every level. That would likely raise a good chunk of the recent bailout stimulis to the banks and other corporate interest and we could use that to lower the deficit that has been straped on our kids and grandkids.
4. To fix our public schools, every public servent at every level would be required to send their kids to the same public schools that our kids go to, I bet we would see alot less budget assaults on the public schools budget.
I have more, but, I have been going on and on.

I reply We the People are the source of Government thus the true Government, It is those who are in control of the body politic that are the actual “OVER-THROWERS” INSURRECTIONIST! What We the people under the wisdom of our Constitution, can and should do is everything to correct all this misdeeds of those who are in control!

I think you all need to read the ENTIRE oath, especially the part “I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me” part. It’s all or nothing; you don’t get to choose which parts you are keeping. I don’t remember getting an option, and neither did you.
