I took the oath in the winter of 1978 at Ft. Sill Oklahoma. I now proudly re-affirm that oath. For those that have never taken it, you may never know the pride that swells in your heart when you say the words.
We in the United States have fought against terrorist, the SS of Hitler, we fought against slavery and ended it. And we have made this country a better place. I am
part owner of this country that we live in.
This is my testimony and my pledge to forever defend our Constitution, Heritage and Culture from ANY ENEMY foreign or domestic.
I took an Oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same.
I live next door to the marine base here in NC and every time I go on base I watch them going through their paces on the firing range. I see them in convoy when they are leaving to go to IRAQ or AFGHANISTAN. I can stand on my deck and watch the marines fly over.
now in my reaffirmation of my oath I find myself confronted with a new war of sorts. I believe our country is under attack from within and once again stand ready to defend our constitution.
I now serve as a Deacon in an Independent Baptist church, and have joined the Oath Keepers because of my oath to the Constitution and to Jesus Christ
I remember the oath I took, and I will stand proudly with my fellow patriots to support and defend our Constitution.

I take my oath seriously. I take the Constitution and the intent of our Founding Fathers seriously. I have proven my loyalty to the nation with great sacrifice and blood.
I am a proud member of the law enforcement community however I have to say that I am more proud of my heritage as an American Citizen.
I swore to protect the “Constitution Of The United States Of America” against all enemies foreign or domestic. That is my oath.
We were already on a slippery slope prior to 9/11, but since then, it seems more and more of our freedoms are being taken away from us “for our own good” by the very people we have elected to protect and represent us and our Constitutional way of life.
Even though we were in another country it still felt good to help fellow countrymen gain back some of their most basic rights. Even the most basic rights granted to us by our Constitution make our country a shining light.
I want to encourage all my brothers and sisters in Law Enforcement to join with the Oath Keepers movement and get engaged. Our very Country is at stake.
One thing has changed since I took my oath and that’s the fear that is growing inside of me for my country and the path it is heading down but when i read the 10 Orders I Wont Obey I knew I was not alone.
I voluntarily took my oath in 1974, when Viet Nam was a conflict without government backing. I stand by that oath today, knowing it is more meaningful now, than when the words were first repeated.
