SPLC Strikes Again In Another No Fact Propaganda Report
The SPLC is at it again in their quarterly publication the “Intelligence Report“. The publication is loaded with untrue statements and provides absolutely no facts to back up any of their claims, especially regarding Oath Keepers. Not once has the SPLC made an attempt to contact anyone from Oath Keepers to get information. Instead they have decided to act as yellow journalists and put pure lies and propaganda out as facts.
Here is an excerpt from a recent World Net Daily article on the report.
A private activist organization apparently is picking up where the federal government left off when the Department of Homeland Security issued its “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment” warning that returning veterans and people in a long list of other categories were potential terrorists.
Only the new warning, delivered recently to police , sheriffs and other personnel across the country, is lumping those dedicated to the constitutional principles on which the nation was founded together with crazed killers.
The fall 2009 “Intelligence Report” was issued recently by the Southern Poverty Law Center, where officials confirmed to WND it was published specifically for and delivered to law enforcement personnel across the nation. The SPLC did not respond to a WND request for other comment

Examiner contributor and Oath Keeper supporter David Codrea has also written a piece exposing the SPLC and the lies they tell.
SPLC is spreading not only a damnable and insulting lie, but actually creating a dangerous environment, one that chills free speech and political activism. If that doesn’t qualify for the term “un-American,” nothing does.
It’s part of a wider effort, one of the oldest dirty political tricks really: fling mud and count on something sticking–particularly in the minds of the the uninformed and those predisposed to subordinate our freedom to the state. It’s used by people counting on ignorance and prejudice to enable achievement of their ends.

Oath Keepers has also learned that the FBI is training state law enforcement personnel to spot people with bumper stickers that state know your rights or lose them and The UN is not our friend! The FBI tells the training participants that these are good indicators that the person in this car is anti-government and probably violent.

If this were not so serious it would be humorous.
I am curious as to how many Sheriff’s and Police Departments actually believe this trash and conversely how many know that the SPLC is the actual yellow journalist hatemonger propagandist ?
We really need to get the literature out there folks to our local Sheriff and peace officers.

Bob Patterson, #4 above, has got it mostly right. However, it should be pointed out that while the Southern Poverty Law Center is liberal it is certainly not “confused.” It knows exactly what it is doing by going after the groups most likely to make waves. And Oath Keepers is apparently now one of them.
If the SPLC were indeed confused they would also include groups who were decidedly liberal, as an indication of their confusion. But they invariably nail only those who are hurting their cause.
This reminds of an old Southern expression: If you chunk a rock into a pigpen, the pig that squeals is the one you hit. So, Oath Keepers must be on target because groups like SPLC are starting to squeal.

I am so sick of this…each and every time we attempt to make a difference, they use some radical group to vilify us to the public. Yes, there are sworn personnel that believe this tripe. We need to reach them with facts, calm and good debate. Sometimes I just wanna scream.

I’m confused. Why would Oath Keepers go off on rabbit trails and answer nutjobs? You need to stay focused and continue on the path that will get results. Trading words with these people won’t get you anywhere. If you REALLY are childish enough to feel that you have to answer them, then you may want to tell them to read 28 USC 3002 15 (A) which clearly says there is no government. So Oath Keepers cannot possibly be against the government as it does not exist. The United States is a CORPORATION. Every agency, department, court, judge, state organization belongs to the CORPORATION and is itself a CORPORATION. The States as of 1868 (Reconstruction Act) swore an Oath to the District of Columbia and if the state takes “federal” CORPORATION money, it has to follow the CORPORATION guidelines – so there are no sovereign states. But again, why waste your time answering idiots????
