Marine Veteran David Hedrick was the guest speaker at a dinner in Washington D.C. after the 9/12 Tea Party and March. Oath Keepers and Gathering of Eagles hosted a dinner after the march and an Oath Ceremony administered by LCDR David Gillie at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. Watch The Speech Below.

Being there to hear David speak was quite an experience. He has MY support for public office, I urge you to $$upport him also. He will be a Representative WITH conviction; rather than one that should BE convicted.
I am glad that David is pursuing public office.
I will vote for anyone who will honor their Oath to the Constitution. Be warned, though. If the office causes that person to compromise their Oath, I will turn on them like they turned on the Constitution. NO compromise!
Please remove my videos from your website. Your photographer took videos that you may use in their place. I will not participate in an organization that is bed-partners with those who dishonor our troops and support those who would bring down our Republic.

Why mr.Holmes I suggest you look further than your panicky liberal talking points into our organization, We are made up of active duty and retired military and leo(hence:”we are they”). Absolutely No one advocates “bringing down” the republic in fact; it is the “death of our republic” we vehemently oppose!
“Dishonoring the troops”? We are for supporting and educating our active duty brothers and sisters in the cause of staying within the bounds of the supreme law and founding principles of our country spelled out in the U.S. constitution. Perhaps you are confusing the passion displayed(raw disbelief actually) that we need to remind(?) our elected officials, they are indeed merely citizen-stewards of this fine nation and charged with maintaining its light in the world and handing it over to our children in a recognizable form. As the founders intended. This is not about republican or democrat, certainly not :black or white as some would have you believe.
It is about remaining within the spirit and letter of the law of the land. It is about the responsibility of securing the dream of freedom that is America in a dangerously ignorant age. It is about protecting ourchildren’s freedom from an oppressive,invasive,expensive, expansive, over reaching government.
Sir I respectfully suggest you step back and rethink:”who is the more dangerous to the freedoms you enjoy?”.Citizens who respect the constitution and the bill of rights ( which apply equally to ALL American’s) or those elected officials who feel they are above the law and hence not restrained by any measure of it???
We who have served are among the most law abiding, pricipled, patriotic countrymen you will find..

I was at fault for leaving my comment open ended, I apologize for that misunderstanding. I was referring to the Oathkeepers support of Iraq Vets Against the War (IVAW). That organization is one that has ties to Communist Party USA, and other radical groups and has conducted Winter Soldier II demonstrations ala John F’n Kerry in the 60s. The list of IVAW offenses is long.
However, I was also wrong in posting that comment on this thread … it should have remained on the thread it was originated. I apologize.

Oath Keepers does not “support” IVAW. Holmes is mad because we posted a testimonial by a vet who belongs to IVAW. Posting one such testimonial doesn’t mean we support that org any more than posting the testimonial of a Mason means we are somehow “bed partners” of Masons. But Jim wants us to toe his line exactly. Not going to happen.
Keep your eyes on the prize folks – liberty and the Republic. If you divide yourselves, the enemies of the Republic win.

When that woman said, “We’re being surrounded by crazy-ass people,” meaning the people trying to destroy the COnstitution, my only response is, “You got even crazier people willing to defend it. And we’re the ones who know how to defend it.”

While I applaud Hedrick on some issues, his words on health care show the classic signs of misinformation. I would even go so far as to suggest he is a undercover ‘plant’ to create misinformation with in this group and others.
The truth is, Insurance Companies – the elite in this country – are the problem. They are the domestic enemy. The puppets in congress that do their bidding certainly should answer for their crimes but don’t let the elite coerce you into focusing your frustrations on your government rather than the elite themselves. The insurance executives are unethical, immoral bastards that need to be contained and controlled. To put this on Obama’s shoulders is neither moral or ethical. Nor is it proper ‘right’ thinking. Certainly, he has his part, but the argument presented here is to focus you on Obama (who is just a puppet) and remove your thoughts from the REAL problem which are the corporate elites – the domestic enemy who are destroying your incomes, your families, our nation.
Here, Hedrick has done far more damage than good. And God forbid if it was intentionally so. In which case he is a plant just spewing mis-information to mislead you.
Multimillion dollar salaries to insurance executives are nothing but blood money from the People who have paid their insurance only to be denied treatment or dropped from their plans when they or their children get sick.
In this regard, the left liberals are absolutely “right”.
Now, I agree that Obama is a threat to our Constitution and way of life in America, but if not a government plan to compete with the private health care companies to drive down the cost of health care, how would you or Hedrick suggest we contain THE REAL problem – the elite insurance and pharm executives – of the corruption in our health care industry. Listen to this video carefully, he spews vitriol to Obama, removes focus from the real Insurance Executives, and after defecating in the fan, gives no solutions. All he is doing is mis-informing and stirriing up sentiment. Jesus tautht me that words come from forked tounges and that you will know them by theyr actual deeds. And clearly this man gives no solutions but only spews mis-information and confusion of the real issue we face.
We all know people whose insurance plan has denied them care. We all know we pay a thosand times more for drugs than the cost to develop or produce them. We all know that our premiums, copays and deductibles have been going up and up (at least those of us who are old enough) faster than our incomes. We all know it is the elite in our corporations that are phucking over the American people. They are ripping you off while this Hendrick speaks satanic words to protect them removing the corporate elite – the domestic enemy – out of the light.
Here in this video, Hedrick says it is unconstitutional to contain these elite. We are suppose to attack the only viable way to contain the corporate elite. And the only way is to use the government under the will and direction of the People.
Before you lam blast the single payer solution, you better have an viable alternative. And so far I have not seen one given.
Insurance execs are the problem, not Obama. He is just a shoe polisher doing his masters’ bidding. And while he deserves a small degree of blame, he is not the master mind behind the corruption that has now invaded our country. It is the greedy, unruly corporate execs who are the real problem in this country.
The truth is, our government was INTENDED to be the protectorate of we the People. It was to serve the majority not the elite few corporate elites. In this regard, know this, Bush was more a defecator on our Constitution than Obama. Obama too as he is clearly supporting the insurance companies rather than the common people. But to suggest that a ‘government’ plan is always wrong and call it a dictatorship is assinine and a clear indication of the psychotic ‘bambism’ that now invades the thoughts of otherwise proper thinking conservative Americans.
We need to contain the corruption of the Elite. Hedrick here is attempting to dissuade you from the real problem and focus you on a puppet – Obama. Obama is a symptom of the disease. Not the disease itself. And I would suggest that Hendrick is a doing this on purpose – and is well paid for his endeavors to undermine and mis-inform.

Just a Note to let you & other Members of Oath keepers know that we live a stones throw away from the only Vietnam Memorial in the State of Connecticut~At the same site {Known as Patriots Park in Historic Coventry, CT} are Memorials for WW11~WWI and the Korean War~At the same site {Patriots Park} is the Grave Site of Nathan Hale and his Home Stead is in our Town of Coventry too~Quote from Nathan Hale just before he was shot: “I regret I have only one life to give for my Country” then he was shot!

Gideon Wells, Secretary to the Navy for President Lincoln his Family currently remains in Coventry Ct also~I am sure many Members would attend the Swearing In Ceramony as we are in the middle of New York, Massachusetts and Boston where the Oath keepers have many Members ~~ I am sure there are many others in the area that would like to know about Oath Keepers~~Until last week we had never heard of Oath Keepers~We have been searching for a Group or Organization that thinks and lives the way we do~~We felt so strong after reading The Oath that we joined that night! Since then our friends in VA. have also joined and are going to attend the Convention in Las Vegas~

I watched Marine Veteran David Hedrick’s videos last week and found his comments oppressive towards the citizens of the United States of America. In one of many comments he said something about people driving Prius to be kicked out to Canada by him?? Since when conserving energy should be the cause of deportation of US Citizens? He also mentioned a whole other line of oppressive comments that by its nature is ANTI AMERICAN, ANTI FREEDOM. I assume there is a reason I couldn’t refer to the details of the video today. Very bad news. His comments sounded very doctored by the likes of Fox News (and the globalists) PR people. Remember, Fox News is a foreign installment.
