Airforce Airman Thoughts and Testimonial
My commitment to the US Constitution and freedom. I love our nations heritage and history. I grew up loving the ideas of a free world. Being free to think what I want and do as I please without hurting anyone is something I hold dear. Before my enlistment I became worried about the news I was hearing and with the way the economy is right now. The Air Force wasn’t a bad idea. As it was working as a substitute Custodian I didn’t want to make it a career.
I have always admired the American military and my ancestors fought in the revolutionary war with the patriots. It was only natural I’d gravitate towards serving my nation as an Airman in the worlds greatest Air Force! Also as a firearm enthusiast from California I also appreciate and value our second Amendment right. It is essential for all of out freedoms to protect us from foreign and domestic tyranny. If we loose our right to protect our freedoms our future is grim. I want to keep our nation free and sovereign!
As I want my kids someday to grow up in a world free of an Orwellian reality. I am willing to risk my life for freedom and the right to keep and bear arms. God Bless the Oath keepers for stepping up to the plate and my fellow veterans. The American people count on people like us everyday to keep them safe. They trust us everyday to do our job defending our beloved nation. I hope that more will join the ranks of the Oath Keepers because its our childrens future that we are making. There is hope…

thank you for your committment. You honor the memory and sacrifice of all the patriots who came before you. As the daughter of an army vet of 35 years who fought in 3 wars and made the first wave invasion on Omaha beach – I see your sacrifice and give thanks each time I step onto a ballfield to watch my kids play on a summer evening, or fire up the BBQ, or gather the family for Sunday dinner. You protect our way of life so that we can enjoy peace and freedom. You are not forgotten or taken for granted. THANK YOU
Welcome my brother, thank you for your service and your decision to uphold your sacred Oath with us, your fellow Patriots.
Welcome, and thanks for joining our group. Thanks for your oath!
We are honored to have you with us!
Thanks I may have to join the forum I send my fellow Airman information about the oath keepers but get no responses… I don’t understand? Why the mixed feelings we all took an oath right? Well I am glad to see my testimonial is up!
Have you ever been posted / stationed either in Syracuse or Fort Drum near Watertown ?
The Airman says, “Thanks I may have to join the forum I send my fellow Airman information about the oath keepers but get no responses… I don’t understand? Why the mixed feelings we all took an oath right? Well I am glad to see my testimonial is up!”
Don’t be discouraged. Only a tiny fraction of the colonists ever took the field against the British. It doesn’t take a majority to win, as Sam Adams noted, but rather a tireless minority, keen to set brushfires in people’s minds. Your voice is greatly appreciated!
18.In accordance to Title 10, U.S. Code, Sec. 772. You have violated section b-d of Federal Law, punishable by the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
How did I violate those sections? I that was a picture of me in uniform at a place where I am legally allowed to don it.
Wearing the uniform is prohibited when taking place for any political activities, private employment or commercial interest, that imply official sponsorship of the activity or interest. For participating in activities such as public speeches, interviews, rallies or any public demonstration which implies the service supports the principles of the demonstration or activity. When wearing of the uniform would discredit the Armed Forces. And when specifically prohibited by regulations of the department concerned. You should also be aware that when you signed the enlistment contract, you also sworn that you will not join any Unions, gangs, Political Groups, and etc… as well, another article you have violated.
I would say that honoring the Oath to support and defend the Constitution is covered under his official duty requirements. Any treasonous JAG that attempted to press charges would be laughed out of the service! Imagine the headlines. “Airman charged with honoring his Oath in public.”
Anonymous, you are indicative of the chickenshit bureaucrats that have infected our Republic. Begone, and take your foul stench with you. I fought your kind throughout my career and always won. Facts, common sense and the light of reason sends rats like you back to the sewers, everytime.
Exactly… I didn’t violate a thing I took the Oath 3 times and I have done no wrong. Its my own personal opinion and does not reflect the whole Air Force’s opinion its but my own.
Allan Smith nope I am in Missouri this is my first duty station.
You can display your personal opinions that is fine, but you will not disgrace that uniform when you do! And to Mr. CorbinKale, I see you enjoy your freedom of speech, you are welcome.
Anonymous says,”And to Mr. CorbinKale, I see you enjoy your freedom of speech, you are welcome.”
I enjoy ALL of my Rights, endowed by my Creator and enshrined in the Constitution. Here’s a hint- freedom doesn’t come from a manual. The fact that you can’t reconcile military personnel wearing their uniform while honoring their Oath of Enlistment shows a cognitive dissonance. Rather than disgracing the uniform, Airman is honoring the uniform and the Air Force by publicly proclaiming fidelity with the Constitution. It is honorable in word and deed.
You criticize Airman’s free speech, then claim credit for MY freedom of speech? How can those two thoughts not bump into each other in a single brain?
Citizends who choose to join the military service VERY SPECIFICALLY yeild portions of their rights as citizens in support of their duties and obligations.
Since one of the things the US military prides itself on is non-partisan support of the duly elected government, one of the freedoms all military members yeild as part of their service is FULL freedom of expression about their political views. Military members are not allowed to take any action which can be mis-interpreted as the military itself supporting either side in a political discussion over the other.
One aspect of this is the prohibition of military uniforms in political events. Exceptions are made for Color Guard presentation of the colors, of course. Exceptions are NOT made for military members providing other duty/mission support for the event (comm or security, for examples).
Another aspect GROSSLY limits a military member’s participation in direct campaign efforts. After all, military members are ALWAYS on duty, and any time spent perfoming campaign duties is time that belongs to the military. Thus, it would be campaign support subsidized by the military. This is most certainly NOT a way to demonstrate the organizational support for the process as opposed to dircet support for the candidates.
It is easy for someone who serving in the military to encourage a civilian to freely express themselves while acknowledging that they themselves are legally obligated to restrain their own participation.
A great deal of the limits placed on the freedoms of military members exist in order to help promote the proper impression (amongst the general citizenry) of what our military tries to be. Others are directly related to simple mission accomplishemnt, of course. All are tied back into Federal Law, through the Uniform Code of Military Jusitce if by no other means.
Just so ya know, somebody else said that, not I.
Is that picture taken at NAS Pensacola?
Your line “8″ followed by the number “18″ shows that this is someone cutting and pasting repeatedly. “18″is the comment number that came from my page Brother. Ahhh..I see…trying to threaten us en mass..gotcha JAG.
The ‘JAGanon’ is trying to intimidate active military from participating in Oath Keepers. Since OK is NOT a political organization, and our goal is strictly to educate and encourage those who have taken the Oath support and defend the Constitution, ‘JAGanon’ is full of hot air. If he was truly conversant with the UCMJ, he would know that his arguement is unsupported. If this was a political rally, then ‘JAGanon” would be correct. As things stand, Airman, and all other active military members are only doing what they swore to do. Support and defend the Constitution. “JAGanon’s’ impotent cut/paste antics are ineffective, unless it was to inform us of the incompetence of our foes.
welcome to Oathkeepers…We as Brothers n – Arms have grown stronger with you joining with us.
“Oath Keepers is a non-partisan association” – Straight from your website.
“Wearing the uniform is prohibited when taking place for any political activities, private employment or commercial interest, that imply official sponsorship of the activity or interest.” – Straight from the US Code. And as an “association” as you call it, military members still cannot wear that uniform as it is attempt to benefit the goals of your activity inwhich the Armed Forces does not support. And is therefore, punishable under the UCMJ. Also, you can call yourselves a non-political, but it really is a political stunt, doing political rallies, bad mouthing the government, it all sounds political to me.
Airman…….First I salute you for your Service to Our Country. I took the Oath two times, once when I was inducted into the Military, and the second time when sworn in as a member of the NYPD in 1969. Which I served both Faithfully with Distinction. I’am PROUD to take the Oath once again. It appears to me that ‘anonymous” is the old “House Mouse”. We have seen them before in our lives, talk a lot of s**t, but never walked the walk. I’d have more respect if he would identify himself, and state his credentials. He enjoys the protection and the right to comment under our Constitution. However, he knocks our Brother & Sister Patriots for our commitment to Keep Our Oath. Oath Keepers is NOT a political organization, further more it is a PATRIOTIC organization. It does not advocate any unlawful activity. We are here to confirm and express our commitment to Our Country, and It’s Constitution. God Bless America & Her Brave Service Members..

I am not here for respect or any of that, even if I were to say I am an Active Duty member that served two combat tours already, going on a third, it still doesnt change the fact that you are not going to repsect me in anyway shape or form because you are to ignorant to see that I am right that Mr. Airman and the others that wears a Military Uniform at your rallies or displays it in any shape for the purpose to further this organizational goals still violates Federal Law and the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
And this Oath Keepers organization is still a political movement, how else would you describe your rallies and putting out your political views? You dont have to be a Democrat or a Republican to make political discussions and rallies, all you need is a political topic and which, your political aim is more of over throwing the government, inwhich it constitutes a more of a treasonal act. I have read your forum, see the topic called “We need to organize!” that whole discucssion is a plan of forming an underground rebel army (I wont say militia, because that is not what it is), which violates another law.
Anon, how can you believe that it is unlawful to wear the uniform, while honoring the Oath to suport and defend the Constitution. To believe that, you would, first, have to believe that the UCMJ trumps the Constitution, then you would have to believe that the UCMJ forbids honoring the Oath while in uniform. By your logic, it would be unlawful to even TAKE the Oath, while in uniform, because you are joining an organization headed by a politician. Ridiculous.
That “We need to organize” thread was started by a plant who calls himself ‘oxi’. He has been banned for trying to provoke the type of activity you accuse us of. Looks like you are just the other part of that plan. I wonder if an examination of your IP will match that of ‘oxi’? Might be worth checking on. You might BE ‘oxi’. You showed up here about the same time he was banned at TMM forums.
You can do an IP check if you want, you will find I am legit and real. The Oath of Enlistment is sworn for the Armed Forces of the United States of America, taken from a Commissioned Officer, whether Active, Reserve, Retired, or even Foreign, by the Secretary or the President of the United States. In the Oath, they all swear the following: “that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic; that I will bear true faith and alliegance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.” And that Oath is supported by the Government for the people. But taking another Oath and more or less misinterpreting the meaning but claiming to be the same Oath into a different political view is something the Armed Forces nor the Government recognize. Therefore, they will not wear the uniform if they do for it is a organizational gain.
But you cannot deny that display of personnel in uniform is a huge factor in your recruitment tool, therefore it is benefiting the organization that is not recognize but the Government. And that will make it a violation of the UCMJ.
Now I may have misinterpreted the goal of the Oath Keepers into starting a revolution, but it does seem to me that the whole point of it is to prepare for one.

IF you have read the forum you reference then you have not been reading OUR forum.
The forum that you quote is The Mental Militia forum and is not the Oath Keepers forum.
Secondly IF you will actually read the whole thread you so readily reference you will notice that numerous people repeatedly rebuffed the attempts at instigation to criminal acts of the person known there as “oxi” and yet he-she-it continued to repeatedly attempt to instigate some kind of “action planning” activity.
When he-she-it was rebuffed repeatedly he resorted to the same sort of disingenuous argument that you continue to spout.
He-she-it claimed we were “scared of the government” which is why we wouldn’t take part in he-she-it’s nefarious schemes. Manure. Plain and simple.
If we were “violating” so many laws as you seem to think we are then why prey tell have we not been silenced ?
Why do we continually accept testimonials and membership applications from Peace Officers at the local, State and Federal level ?
Why do we have among our ranks publicly admitted Federal Officers ?
Your ignorance is showing sirrah and you embarrass yourself NOT our brother Oath Keeper Airman Hall.

You have it listed as your Old Forum on this website, its under a board called Oath Keepers, so it is your forum and it is still active, so sir you are wrong there.
And Goddamn, are you not getting the point here? Do I have to spell it out to you? Let me put it this way:
Uniform – Oath of Enlistment – by the Government = good
Uniform – Oath for a private organization = illegal
Then for your last few questions, let me ask you this, why is there peopel still robbing banks? Why is there rapists still out there? Why are there killers roaming around freely?
Hold your rallies, speak freely all you want, just do it legally and dont wear that uniform.
If the Armed Forces or the Government does not support it, dont wear it, it is really that simple.

Do you not understand the words you yourself use ?
Why, do you suppose, the words in that oath are in the order they are in ? and have been for over 200 years ?
Which is mentioned First ? The Constitution.
Then there follows a whole group of identifiers that explain who you are to defend it from and how much you are to defend it.
Then comes the President, followed by the Officers in the military and finally in last place is that UCMJ you keep pointing to with such fervor.
Which tells us that IF one of our Officers gives us an unlawful order we are to Not obey it doesn’t it ?
And the President ? He is our “Commander” an Officer. Which we will obey as long as his orders are lawful.[Do not violate the Constitution.]
You say that the oath is supported by the Government for the people. Where does it say that ?
It says that YOU “will support and defend” the Constitution. Do you not realize that the People of this country ARE the Government ?
You claim that we are “taking another oath”. In this you are yet again showing your ignorance. We have based “our oath” upon the Oath of Service as sworn to by Officers entering the armed services.
——————————————————————————————–
But you cannot deny that display of personnel in uniform is a huge factor in your recruitment tool, therefore it is benefiting the organization that is not recognize but the Government. And that will make it a violation of the UCMJ.
——————————————————————————————–
Nor would we want to deny it. We are proud of our brothers and sisters in arms who have stepped forward and publicly proclaimed that when they took that oath of service they Meant It.
The benefit that you are so worried about …. ? Is to the People of this great country and No one else.
A violation of the UCMJ ? To uphold your oath of service ? I am under the understanding that to NOT uphold my oath of service would be a violation of the UCMJ.

Now I may have misinterpreted the goal of the Oath Keepers into starting a revolution, but it does seem to me that the whole point of it is to prepare for one.
———————————————————————————————
You most certainly have misinterpreted our goal. Badly in fact. Nearly exactly backwards actually.
Our Goal is to PREVENT A REVOLUTION.
Our goal is NOT to plan for a revolution, our goal is Not to prepare for a revolution and our goal is absolutely definitely NOT to start a revolution.
Our tool is our Oath and we will use it to Refuse Unlawful Orders which is one of those laws in the UCMJ you keep mentioning and which is actually supporting and defending the Constitution like we swore to do.
Didn’t You ?

I guess it would have been better if I posted this and wearing a tyveks suit or my PT gear… If this should become an issue for me I can get legal representation. However I am not worried about it but I plan to uphold the Oath I took.
Airman Hall,
You have done nothing but speak out in support of the Constitution. That is fulfillment of your Oath and reflects great credit upon the Air Force and the uniform. You have done nothing wrong. We are all about the Constitution. We are not a political group, we are just people, who have taken the Oath, educating and encouraging others, who have taken the Oath.
It isn’t easy to be an Oath Keeper. There will always be those who try to drag you down and make you doubt. It takes courage to stand up and be counted. I am proud to stand with you.
Besides, if some over-zealous, under-educated JAG type decides that you look like a notch on his OER, I know we can help you out. That would, actually, be great publicity for the Oath Keepers!
Not that they are silly enough to try it, but just in case. You know the drill, though. If someone does try something, they will really be trying to get you to commit another offense like ‘disrespect’. Don’t let them shake you. Stand firm on your convictions, maintain your bearing, and you will win.
Yes sir and yes my picture is from NAS Pensacola
Saying the Oath under military jurisdiction, aka sworn by an Officer for OFFICIAL duties is not the same as swearing the Oath under a Private organization, because one is your swearing it not for the people but for the organization itself which could constitute as a rebel. Its like swearing the Oath in uniform with a Confederate Flag in the background. But you can all say its for the Constitution all you want, but the fact is still really simple, no matter how you try to change the Oath or reword the whole purpose and procedures into making it YOUR way, the Armed Forces does not support such activities because you are not an Official group, you are a private group with your own oppinions.
Your all just as bad as the liberals, stubborn like them, and behave like them. And the only thing I have to say was make one accusation that he violated (which he did) the US Code of wearing a military uniform for the purpose of a private organization. Now you cannot deny the fact that you are a private organization, can you not? Now if you can somehow, per say, get around it please tell me how that can be legal?
Should the uniformed members go up and start making commercials in uniform of how Subway is good? Why not? Everybody loves Subway pretty much.
Airman Hall, I concur with corbinkale. You have done nothing wrong and neither have any of us. we are concerned citizens that do not want our liberties taken away.We just want our country back!
Hey Airman, stick to your guns like the rest of us. If things get sticky…its amazing what the media can do. You know..somebody like FOX news!!
Anon,
No one is swearing an Oath to Oath Keepers or any other organization. We are ALREADY sworn to support and defend the Constitution, and the ideas enshrined within. This group was formed to give voice to those who have taken that Constitutional Oath. Specifically, we promise to honor our Oaths by refusing to obey unlawful orders that violate our Oaths, in accordance with the UCMJ.
We don’t advocate swearing an Oath to Subway. That would be a commercial venture, and is not withing our narrowly defined mission to support and defend the Constitution. I HAVE purchased Subway sandwiches while wearing my uniform on several occasions. I suppose you would see that as a UCMJ violation, too?
We have listened to your complaint, and explained why you are wrong. We get it, you think it is a violation of the UCMJ. Noted, and filed. If you seriously have a problem with us, go file your charges with the appropriate authorities. Your continued harping is approaching harrassment.
Many of us have already fought, and won the fight you are trying to bring. The only thing new in this arguement is YOU. Talk to your JAG, and have THEM explain that honoring your Oath to the Constitution while in uniform is not a violation of the UCMJ. Then you can argue with them about how THEY are wrong, and we can have some peace here.
You sheetmetal or NDI? I went through the sheetmetal school 2 years ago.
