Iraq Vet Keeps His Oath

An oath given is never relinquished; it has no expiration date. I served my country from the Gulf War, through Kosovo and ending in two deployments to
Iraq. I’m joining Oath Keepers to ensure that the freedoms I fought for will never disappear from our land. If us veterans had to follow the Constitution, we expect our leaders to do the same.
Please donate and support Oath Keepers mission, every little bit helps!

I would like to join Oathkeepers but how do I do it? I was in the Navy; the Pacific (SSBN) submarine fleet from 11-1973 to 1-1977. I gave my oath and remember doing it. Now I am about to become Republican Party Chairman of my precinct but I want to to more. As I see my country changing into a Marxist nation I now want to fight in other ways. However; I am also a Christian so those other ways must be legal and Christian like. On the other hand, I know that sometimes we must look at things in a different way. I will never push God aside but, I do believe that he wants us to fight for our liberty. Joining Oathkeepers is a start. How can I join?

Welcome aboard Vernon.
The first step would be to click on the Join link at the top of the page and follow the prompts.
Technically speaking IF you have never violated your oath since you took it you are an Oath Keeper.
To Officially join use the link.
We’re proud to have you with us.

Thank you for your service brother. I was a combat medic in the Navy, Operation Desert Storm. We’ve eaten some of the same dirt. Keep your powder dry, your eyes on God , and your oath in your heart.
