Air Force Flight Engineer retiree re-affirms his Oath

gomez2

On my 17th birthday I took an oath to protect and defend the constitution of the United States of America against all enemies foriegn and domestic.
I am an Air Force Flight Engineer retiree. I volunteered for every contingency operation possible. Flying parts and special operations troops in Central America, Desert Storm, witnessed first hand the horror of the Alfred P. Murrah building bombing in Oklahoma city as a recovery team member, and Coordinated troop movements for relief operations in Kosovo.

In all that time I naively thought the government I sacrificed so much for would be all the better for my participation and devotion to this republic.

Never in my wildest dreams would I ever think that this great nation would do a complete 180 degree turn and undo all that I and those before me have done to protect and preserve the liberties our founding fathers faught so valiantly for.

I do re-affirm my oath to protect our constitution and to fight on against our enemies be it domestic or foriegn. Today it seems the politicians we have elected are our major threat. I urge all of you to stand up and rise against the unraveling of the flag we have all served to protect and speak out against the flagrant disregard for the will of the people.

The system is broken and it is up to us to lawfully change the course of history the current administration has us headed on.

-Robert A. Gomez MSgt, USAF (Retired)
