Testimonial of Current Serving Sheriff’s Deputy With 14 Years in Service

My name is Bruce Crumpler and I am a law enforcement officer in Tampa, Florida. I just recently heard of this site and organization and am extremely pleased it exists. I am 100% in support of Oathkeepers mission and commitment to uphold the Constitution. I trust I will never have to see the day when I am asked to violate a citizen’s rights or illegally carry out specific orders against an American citizen; but if that day comes, it is my oath that I will first obey the laws of the Bible and secondly the U.S. Constitution.

I love my job and proud to be a 14 year member of the law enforcement profession; but before I am a law enforcement officer I am a Christian and a citizen of the United States.

I proudly stand with all associated with Oathkeepers and would love to do my part here in Florida to spread the message and assist the organization in any way possible. Please let me know what I can do to assist. God bless you all, our families and this wonderful country.

I’d pretty much lost hope in America till I found Oath Keepers, but it’s people like YOU that give me a glimmer that the USA may survive this enormous looming disaster.

I am a Florida resident and it certainly is comforting to hear that there are officers among us in the state that take their oath to God and country seriously. As Chris said, it does give us a glimmer of hope that we may yet veer off the disasterous path we are on. And I second Chris’ prayer that God bless you and your family and keep you safe. Thank you for your willingness to spread the message to fellow officers in our state!

As a fellow officer in Louisiana I thank you for your Oath.

In my thirty + years of service I have see our Country change and not for the better. I will always uphold my Oath and continue to spread the OATHKEEPERS pledge.

I have bled for AMERICA and would do so again if called upon.

AMERICA has only given me one thing,FREEDOM! Everything else I have aquired has been a direct result thereof.

Dear Oath Keepers,

Thank you for the assurance that many of you will stand for the US Constitution. There are millions that are not aware that you are taking this stand. I consider myself a part of the US Constituional Militia according to the 2nd amendment. Mine and many other USCM have grave concerns for our country, families, constitution and freedoms. We have been continually marginalized by themedia, and organizations such as the SPLC.

We need your leadership, we know that there are many LEOs that will follow the anti-constituional orders and this is concerning in light of socio-economic conditions, chatter concerning martial law for forced vaccinations, etc. You have a large contingency of americans that will stand beside you in time of not just a national emergency but a constituional emergency which may place you in harms way without knowing that you have the support and admiration of the USCM.

How do we know who to trust, who will lead us, who will sound the alarm for us to stand by your side?

We are the complete opposite of the medias protrayal, and will stand for anyone rights and freedom, regardless of race, creed, sex, age, religion….

We want to stand guard along side of you, not wondering who to turn to when we recognize the tyranny that is about to over take this country.

Welcome! I served 21 years in the sunshine state before retirement. Spread the word! We have to make the new ones coming up to THINK and know when an order is unlawful and how to disobey.

The economic situation in the United States will soon reach “critical mass”. When the chaos begins, the number of Americans who will stand and fight for the Constitution will be minuscule. Only Oathkeepers such as Bruce, who understand the importance of upholding the Constitution of the United States, rather than allegiance to any one individual, party or organization, can be counted upon to DEFEND the Constitution.

Founder Stewart Rhodes

He is a former firearms instructor and former member of Rep. Ron Paul’s DC staff.

Stewart currently writes the monthly Enemy at the Gates column for S.W.A.T. Magazine

Stewart graduated from Yale Law School in 2004, where his paper “Solving the Puzzle of Enemy Combatant Status” won Yale’s Miller prize for best paper on the Bill of Rights. He assisted teaching U.S. military history at Yale, was a Yale Research Scholar, and is writing a book on the dangers of applying the laws of war to the American people.
