I was CHP following my three years in the army. As a member of the Commissioner's "Rubber Gun" squad, I then worked as a County Criminal Investigator as a Shooting Scene Reconstruction expert and Collsion Reconstruction expert, for 20 years. A stroke and a heart attack left me relegated to again work traffic enforcement, this time for a gated community. (Sort of my last stop at age 67). As a 24 man department, we are currently involved in FEMA training, and while I see the value to organizing our efforts for disasters, some of the other aspects of the federal control leave me wondering. I see the federal government involved where local people are most qualified. Glad to see you involved with Oath Keepers. I fear that our country is being highjacked, and I believe it's time we stand up and be counted. Thanks again for honoring your oath to preserve the Constitution, our Republic, and our way of life.
